My AdWord Campaign for the National Tiger Sanctuary
My AdWords campaign focuses on the Feeding the Tigers Tour hosted by the National Tiger Sanctuary. This tour allows individuals to actually feed the endangered tigers. My keywords for the ad include "Endangered Tigers", "Save the Tigers", "National Tiger Sanctuary", "Feeding Tigers", and "How to Help Endangered Animals". The ad portrayed in the screenshot will show up above organic search results on Google. This means that people searching for something related to saving endangered tigers will be introduced to this ad for the National Tiger Sanctuary.

How to gain a higher Click-Through-Rate (CTR)

1. Put a Special Offer in Your Headline

Most of the time, searchers will only read the headline of your ad. Reserving your special promotion/offer in the second/third line of your descriptive text will decrease the chance of it even being seen. Another reason this small change could help your CTR is because everybody loves free stuff. Any discounts are sure to attract potential customers.

2. Include a Keyword in Your Display URL

If you are trying to get searchers to click your ad, be sure to take them to the correct place. For example, my ad is promoting the National Tiger Sanctuary Feeding Tour. In the display URL, I included "tours" so the searcher would be directed exactly to what my ad is promoting. According to WordStream "Out of roughly 580,000 ads we analyzed, 33% neglected to have keywords in their display URL."
